CrossFit Central opened for business in 2005 with a mission to build a fit community and pursue excellence in all aspects of our business, daily. We have remained debt free and profitable since day one and took a small mom & pop shop with zero paying clients to a million dollar garage gym business.

Our goal is to help create a cohesive and successful affiliate community. We have done many things right and we have learned a few lessons over the last six years. Our intention is to share what has worked for us, allowed us to expand and create a phenomenal team while always remaining true to our core values, mission and belief system.
