The truth is – we look at all of these factors, but the number one most important factor is PASSION. We can teach anyone how to get a client results or teach proper squat technique. We can teach people how to run a website and build a brand, but you cannot teach passion. Passion, enthusiasm, determination & loyalty are character traits that we look for before we hire anyone, period.
