Great work by the CrossFit HQ staff on their latest videos, the Reebok CrossFit Games Open Update. These videos are hilarious and a good way to use accurately directed humor to connect with the “veteran CrossFit community” – those of us who have been at, participated in, or watched the CrossFit Games since 2007. These latest productions prove that HQ hasn’t lost their humor, their raw wit or their language. Good stuff.
