How to use "faults" to your Advantage

As garage gym owners & managers we all encounter things that, on the surface, may seem like a fault or drawback to your program —> lack of equipment, no air conditioner, no heater, less than ideal location, operating out of a garage , etc. However, @ Central we use transparency of operations and results to our advantage. We take things that may seem negative (no air conditioner in 102 degree weather in Austin, TX) and turn it into a positive (the body’s acclamation the environment, working out in the natural environment, etc)
