With the 2010 Regional Competition wrapped up & the CrossFit Games right around the corner we are starting to plan a few events surrounding the buzz of the Crossfit Games! Next Friday we have our 2nd annual movie night scheduled where we show a few CrossFit Central short videos, sort of like commercials, and the CrossFit movie to our clients.
How important is it that your clients understand what the CrossFit Games is and that they get involved in the sport?
