    Brilliant video.

Too many ways to respond in a short time, but yes and no. Yes, brief incidents/events/bad media can hurt your brand/business. However, they can be used as an opportunity to use them as stepping stones to climb higher in the eyes of those looking down on you. BP has an opportunity to engage consumers that might not have ever noticed them before.

This is the world of "no bad press". It's all just attention. How you respond to it makes it good or bad.

But of course, like he says in the video, be careful not to screw up.

Excellent Point. It is so important that you address comments. With social media, a non-response is not a good response. After responding/addressing, it's time to go to work & deliver!
