Check out your floor space this morning – when was the last time you cleaned your floors? How clean is your bathroom? Is there chalk on the sink? It’s simple things like a clean bathroom or organized gym floor space that will keep someone coming back or turn them off completely.
Try This: Have your clients clean off the equipment at the end of each workout, this way you & your clients know the equipment is getting wiped down after each use. Make it a part of the routine and your culture.
