G7 Produces Another Amazing Video

G7 Athletics recently created another stellar success story video! All stories are inspiring but this one really captures the power behind what we do as CrossFit affiliate owners & coaches.

Veronica Garza, age 28, was diagnosed with ITP & Lupus. They put her on medication which had a lot of adverse physical side effects. Her brother, Rob Garza, urged Veronica to change her diet. She made the switch to Paleo eating, was able to get off all of her medication and her symptoms disappeared.
