On Ramp or Elements?

How do you introduce new clients into your CrossFit program? With On Ramp Group Environment or a more personal Elements session?
Benefits to the On Ramp or Group Introduction Program:
*Clients get the feel of a class-like setting
*It is optimal for the coach’s time and schedule
But you might lose some of the personal feel
Benefits to the Elements Program:
*Clients get a very personal introduction (usually a 1 on 1 or 3 on 1 setting)
*More time spent with a coach
But this might not be optimal as your box grows and could become difficult trying to schedule the Elements sessions
Which is the better route?

Due to the size of our facility, our small numbers and the fact that I’m the only owner/coach/janitor, we use the “Assimilation” model. New members are “blended” in with the classes and “learn on the job” so to speak. Scaled, of course.
New folks will get a bit more attention and are directed to our beginner/elements class, but the group dynamic helps ensure that everyone is safe and learning.
The members like this setup as it gives them the most flexibility. I just had a conversation today that if we had a single entrance program, then they wouldn’t be able to join. So I’ll keep this up as long as I can.
